Developments with the Round

We're developing the detailed design of the silver round at the moment, and thoroughly enjoying getting to grips with the various portraits of Brock completed over the years.  Uniform details and facial likeness seem to be the greatest challenges, but once these are cracked we've got the difficulty of rendering the image in a light relief sculpture.

Collaborators

We're working with The Potting Shed and Blix to establish our brand identity for Brock by Brock and our new Sir Isaac Brock website.  These guys have really pulled out the stops so far and we're looking forward to revealing the fruit of their labours towards the middle of June.

Welcome to Brock by Brock

Our first Blog post - nothing too exciting, unless you consider the whole enterprise to be the culmination of months and months of careful planning and development..!

We're looking forward to our Canadian trip at the end of June, especially to commemorating the death of our famous ancestor and to meeting the First Nation people descended from his key allies.

Also on the horizon is the opportunity to pre-order our commemorative silver and gold rounds, due for release on August 16th and October 13th respectively.  These investment grade bullion rounds will feature a profile portrait of Major General Sir Isaac Brock on the obverse and a montage of imagery from the battlefield of Queenston Heights on the reverse.

Let me know if you need more details, we'll be uploading a website and e-commerce portal for orders shortly.

That's all for now, enjoy....
